Apple & Crab Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of crab meat.
  • 1 large apple chopped.
  • 10 grams of sugar.
  • 20 grams of rice vinegar.
  • 70 grams of double cream.
  • Small cabbage finely diced.
  • 1 red pepper chopped.
  • 2 medium carrots finely chopped.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • lemon Juice

Instructions for Apple and Crab Coleslaw:

Put together the vinegar, cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon and stir well.

Then add carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, apple and stir more.

Add 1/2 of the crab meat and gently mix.

Place a small amount on a plate, and top with the remaining crab for dressing.
