Ingredients:
- 400 grams of crab
meat.
- 1 large apple
chopped.
- 10 grams of
sugar.
- 20 grams of rice
vinegar.
- 70 grams of double
cream.
- Small cabbage finely
diced.
- 1 red pepper
chopped.
- 2 medium carrots finely
chopped.
- Salt and pepper to
taste.
- lemon Juice
Instructions for Apple
and Crab Coleslaw:
Put together the vinegar,
cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon and stir
well.
Then add carrot, cabbage, bell
pepper, apple and stir more.
Add 1/2 of the crab meat and
gently mix.
Place a small
amount on a plate, and top with the remaining crab
for dressing.
