Ingredients:
- Two (2) lbs. of king crab legs
- Three (3) tbsp. of (Extra-virgin) Olive oil
- Three (3) pc. of Slightly crushed garlic cloves
- One (1) teaspoon of Minced parsley (optional)
- One-fourth (1/4) cup of Lemon fruit juice
- Three-fourths (3/4) cup of Margarine or Butter
- A pinch of Salt
Directions:
-
Utilizing low heat, heat the saucepan. Place butter and permit to melt.
-
Set garlic into the butter when hot enough but do not let the garlic become brown. Include lemon juice,
stir then set aside for fifteen to twenty seconds.
-
Include olive oil, some salt (in accordance to necessity) and parsley. Turn off the heat; afterwards,
and leave until needed.
-
Portion the crab legs in crosswise direction. This allows the legs to shorten. Per leg, create openings
measuring three to four inches through cutting a shell’s side in lengthwise direction while keeping the
meat.
-
On one baking tray, position the legs of your crab and brush the openings with your garlic lemon sauce.
Preheat your oven to 300°F. Bake the legs for twelve-fifteen minutes or till the crab’s aroma fills
your kitchen.
-
Take out your crab legs from your oven and let cool. Position your crab legs on your serving plate and
place the sauce on one part of the plate and serve to acquaintances.
