Ingredients:
- Three (3) cups Alaskan Crab Legs Meat
- Spinach or Lettuce, place it on the dish
- One-and a half (1 ½) cups green bell pepper, finely sliced
- One-and a half (1 ½) cups celery, finely sliced
For Cocktail Sauce:
- One (1) cup Ketchup
- One (1) tablespoon Horseradish
- Two (2) teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- One (1) teaspoon White Pepper
- One (1) teaspoon black Pepper
- One (1) teaspoon Salt
- One-half (½) teaspoon Garlic Powder
- One (1) teaspoon Onion Powder
Directions:

Make the cocktail sauce ready by mixing the ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, white
pepper, black pepper, salt, garlic powder and onion powder in a container with cover. Stir thoroughly.
Set aside. Let it cool for 1 hour in a refrigerator.

Make the Alaskan crab legs cocktail ready. Remove the meat from the shell and place it in a
container. Mix with celery and green bell pepper. Stir the mixture very lightly to avoid crushing the
crab meat.

Place the lettuce or spinach leaves on a large plate. Put in the crab meat mixture. Coat with
cocktail sauce.

Best served chilled. Makes 12 servings
