Ingredients:
- Twelve (12) ounce Alaskan Crab Legs , thawed
- Two (2) cups fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
- One (1) cup onions, vertically thinly chopped
- One (1) small garlic clove, minced
- Two (2) tablespoon olive oil
- One (1) cup fresh Chinese pea pods, thawed
- Three-fourths (3/4) cup tomato, cubed
- One (1) teaspoon cornstarch
- One (1) tablespoon cold water
Directions:

Cut the Alaskan crab legs into 3 pieces. Set aside.

Prepare a pan over low heat and sauté garlic in oil. Mix in fresh mushroom and chopped onions. Stir for
2 to 3 minutes or until softened. Add the Chinese pea pods, crab legs and tomatoes. Stir the mixture
again for another 3 to 5 minutes until cooked.

Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and mix into the pan. Adjust the heat to medium. Continue stirring
until thickened.
