Cooking Alaskan Crab Legs Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • Twelve (12) ounce Alaskan Crab Legs , thawed
  • Two (2) cups fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
  • One (1) cup onions, vertically thinly chopped
  • One (1) small garlic clove, minced
  • Two (2) tablespoon olive oil
  • One (1) cup fresh Chinese pea pods, thawed
  • Three-fourths (3/4) cup tomato, cubed
  • One (1) teaspoon cornstarch
  • One (1) tablespoon cold water

Directions:

  1. Cut the Alaskan crab legs into 3 pieces. Set aside.
  2. Prepare a pan over low heat and sauté garlic in oil. Mix in fresh mushroom and chopped onions. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until softened. Add the Chinese pea pods, crab legs and tomatoes. Stir the mixture again for another 3 to 5 minutes until cooked.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and mix into the pan. Adjust the heat to medium. Continue stirring until thickened.
  4. Makes 2 servings
