Cooking Alaskan King Crab Fettuccine

Ingredients:

  • Eight (8) ounces of Alaskan King Crab meat, thawed
  • One (1) piece of garlic clove, minced
  • One-half (1/2) cup of butter or margarine
  • Three-fourths (3/4) cup of heavy cream
  • One-half (1/2) cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
  • One-half (1/2) teaspoon of pepper
  • Twelve (12) ounces of fettuccine noodles, drained and cooked
  • Salt
  • One (1) tablespoon of parsley, sliced

Directions:

  1. Remove the meat from the shell. Using a strainer, drain the juices of the Alaskan king crab meat.
  2. Sauté margarine/butter and garlic on a pan over a medium heat. Add pepper, crab meat, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until cooked. Set aside.
  3. Boil the Fettuccine until it becomes firm and soft. Pour the crab mixture over the fettuccine. Toss lightly. Put a dash of salt to taste. Garnish with parsley.
  4. Best served hot. Makes 6 servings
