Cooking Alaskan King Crab Legs in Sherry Wine

Ingredients:

  • Three (3) pounds of alaskan king crab legs
  • Six (6) tablespoons of butter
  • One-fourth (1/4) cup of chopped green onions
  • One-half (1/2) cup of sliced mushrooms
  • One-fourth (1/4) cup of sherry wine
  • One-fourth (1/4) cup of clam juice
  • Flour

Directions:

  1. Place the flour in a flat container. Roll the crab legs on the flour to coat.
  2. Prepare a large pan over medium high heat. Melt the butter. Add the flour coated crab legs. Saute for 2 to 5 minutes then turn on the other side. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and chopped green onions. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes or until coated crab legs are golden brown.
  3. Pour in the clam juice and sherry wine. Shake the pan to cook. Do this for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Best served hot on cooked rice. Makes 4 servings
