Place the flour in a flat container. Roll the crab legs on the flour to coat.

Prepare a large pan over medium high heat. Melt the butter. Add the flour coated crab legs. Saute for 2
to 5 minutes then turn on the other side. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and chopped green onions. Cook
for 2 to 4 minutes or until coated crab legs are golden brown.

Pour in the clam juice and sherry wine. Shake the pan to cook. Do this for 3 to 5 minutes.

Best served hot on cooked rice. Makes 4 servings
