Ingredients:
- Three and one-half (3 1/2) pounds of Alaskan King Crab Legs
- Six (6) ears of fresh corn
- One and one-half (1 1/2) cups of butter
- Three (3) teaspoons of garlic, minced
- One-eighth (1/8) teaspoon of red pepper flakes, crushed
- One (1) teaspoon of old bay seasoning
Directions:
-
Prepare a large stock pot over medium high heat. Fill the three-fourths part of the pot with water and
bring to boil. Put the corns and the Alaskan king crab legs in the pot of boiling water. Let it boil
for 3 to 5 minutes or until the crab legs’ color is opaque. When done cooking, remove the pot from heat
and drain the crab legs. Cut a slit on each of the leg shells so that it would be easy to eat the crab
meat. Set aside.
-
Prepare a large sauce pan over a medium heat. Melt the butter. Add red pepper, garlic and old bay
seasoning. Mix in boiled corn and crab legs. Stir-fry for another 8 to 10 minutes.
