Ingredients:

Twelve (12) ounce of Alaskan King Crab, thawed

One-fourth (1/4) cup of margarine, melted

One-fourth (1/4) teaspoon of tarragon, crushed
-
One (1) bottle of hot pepper, crushed
-
One (1) tablespoon of lemon juice
-
Two (2) teaspoons of onion, grated
-
One (1) tablespoon of parsley, thinly sliced
Directions:

Cut the Alaskan Crab Legs into three inch pieces. Remove the crab meat from the shells, cut it
into chunks before putting it back into the shell.
Broiling:

Mix the margarine, lemon juice, onion parsley, tarragon and hot pepper in a container. Spread it
on the crab.

Place the crab legs on a pan. Let the shell side face down on the pan. Broil. Let it stand for 3
to 4 minutes while spreading the mixture from time to time.
Grilling:

Prepare the rack. It must be at least 5 inches above the heat. Put the crab legs on the rack with
the shell side facing down.

Grill. Let it stand for 5 minutes while brushing with the mixture from time to time.
