Ingredients:
- Two (2) pieces of ripe and large avocados
- One (1) cup of cooked crab meat
- One-half (1/2) cup of chopped celery
- Two (2) pieces of chopped green onions
- Two (2) teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
- One-fourth (1/4) cup of mayonnaise
- Two (2) hard boiled eggs
- Four (4) pieces of whole green olives
- Two (2) whole snow crab legs
- One (1) iceberg of shredded lettuce
- For the Mayonnaise Salad Dressing:
- One (1) cup of mayonnaise
- One-third (1/3) cup of bottled chili sauce
- Two (2) pieces of chopped green onions
- Two (2) tablespoons of sliced olives
- Two (2) teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
- Two (2) tablespoons of sweet pickled relish
- One (1) tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- One (1) teaspoon of chopped yellow bell pepper
- One (1) piece of grated hard boiled egg
- One-half (1/2) teaspoon of paprika
Directions:

Prepare the salad dressing. Mix all the ingredients. Blend well. Set aside.

Peel the avocados carefully. Cut into half. Dash with lemon juice.

Put each half of the avocado on a plate with shredded lettuce.

In a separate bowl, mix celery, lemon juice, onion, mayonnaise and crab meat. Sprinkle with salt to
season. Place the crab mixture on the hollow portion of the avocado.

Put the salad dressing on top of the crab mound. Place whole crab leg on each pile for garnishing. Add
also one fourth of hard boiled egg.

Add the olives on top and sprinkle with paprika.
