Ingredients:
- One (1) pound of snow crab legs, broken
- One (1) cup of bread crumbs, fresh
- One-half (1/2) cup of red onion, minced
- One-fourth (1/4) cup of celery, minced
- One-fourth (1/4) cup of red pepper, minced
- One-fourth (1/4) cup of chives, chopped
- Two (2) pieces of egg yolks
- Two (2) tablespoons of butter
- One-eighth (1/8) teaspoon of hot sauce
- One (1) teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- One (1) cup of Seasoned flour
- One (1) cup of Potato flakes
- Pepper and salt
Directions:

Prepare a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Melt the butter. Add in red onion, celery, red
pepper and chives. Stir constantly until tender. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare a mixing bowl. Mix the bread crumbs, snow crabs, egg yolks and vegetables. Add salt and
pepper to taste.

Mould the mixture into the shapes that you desired. Rub in the egg wash, seasoned flour and
potato flakes.

Prepare a frying pan over medium low heat. Deep fry the molded crab mix until golden
brown.
