Ingredients:
- One (1) pound of Snow Crab Legs, thawed
- Two (2) cups of cheddar cheese
- Four to Five (4 to 5) tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Two (2) pieces of minced green onions
- Eight (8) slices of sourdough bread
- Five (5) tablespoons of melted butter
Directions:

Prepare a medium sized container. Remove the crab meat from the snow crab legs and place it in the
container. Add green onions, cheese and mayonnaise. Blend well.

Scoop a spoon full of the crab mixture and spread on four slices of bread. Cover with the remaining
bread.

Prepare a griddle. Set heat to medium low.

Brush the top of the bread with the melted butter. Place the buttered portion on the hot griddle. Wait
for 2 to 3 minutes to cook. Brush the other side and turn to face the hot griddle. Wait again for
another 2 to 3 minutes to cook.

Cut the bread into half, diagonally and serve.

Best served hot. Makes 4 servings
