Ingredients:
- Two (2) pieces of lightly beaten eggs
- Two (2) tablespoons light mayonnaise
- One (1) teaspoon of lemon juice
- One-fourth (1/4) teaspoon of oregano
- One-half (1/2) teaspoon of seasoning mix
- One-half (1/2) teaspoon of black pepper
- One-eight (1/8) teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- One-half (1/2) pound of Japanese Spider Crab Meat
- One (1) pound of medium to large shrimps
- One (1) hamburger bun bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
Directions:

Peel the shrimps. Remove the dark veins from its back tail meat. Leave the tails attached and slice
down middle.

Place on a greased cookie sheet with tails pointing up.

In a small container, mix the beaten eggs, light mayonnaise, lemon juice, oregano, cayenne pepper
and crab meat. Blend well.

Scoop a spoon full of crab meat mixture and place it over the shrimp. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Put the cookie sheet in an oven with 350 degree heat and wait for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven
using a spatula and place in a serving dish.

Best served hot. Make 24 servings depend on the shrimp count.
