Cooking King Crab Bisque

Ingredients:

  • One (1) ounce of king crab meat
  • Two (2) tablespoons of freshly sliced onions
  • One-fourth (1/4) cup melted margarine
  • Three (3) tablespoons of Flour (all purpose)
  • One-fourth (1/4) teaspoon of paprika
  • One (1) dash of ground pepper (white)
  • One (1) dash of salt
  • Milk, a quart
  • Fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. Dispose of any unwanted pieces of cartilage or shell from your king crab meat, and then separate the needed meat into tiny pieces.
  2. Let the chopped onion be sautéed in margarine until it appears golden and tender. Mix the all-purpose flour and the seasonings, and then gradually pour the milk into the blend while constantly stirring.
  3. Place in the meat of your king crab and thoroughly heat the bisque.
  4. Serve your king crab bisque into big soup bowls or containers and include a parsley pinch for garnish. Share and enjoy your bisque recipe along with the family and acquaintances.
