Cooking King Crab Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

  • One (1) cup or one-half (1/2) pound Shredded meat of king crab
  • Eight (8) ounces or about 0.23 kg of Cheese (cream)
  • One-fourth (1/4) cup of Milk
  • One-fourth (1/4) cup of Finely sliced celery
  • One (1) tbsp. of Lime juice
  • Two (2) tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
  • One (1) clove of Chopped garlic
  • One-eighth (1/8) tsp. of Salt
  • One-fourth (1/4) tsp. of Pepper

Directions:

  1. Begin mixing your cream cheese and your milk by beating them together. When thoroughly blended, add the chopped celery, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, chopped garlic, salt and then pepper.
  2. Blend the ingredients well enough and fold in the shredded meat of king crab gently. This cream cheese spread king crab recipe is to be best served when chilled.
