Ingredients:
- Two (2) lbs. Alaskan Crab Legs
- Three (3) tbsp. olive oil
- One-half (½) cup lemon juice
- One (1) bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- One (1) tbsp. garlic, minced
- Twelve 12 oz. beer
- One-half (½) cup of water
- One (1) quartered onion
Directions:

Marinate the crab legs. In a large container, mix parsley, olive oil, crab legs and lemon juice. Stir
well and make sure that the crab legs are fully coated with the mixture. Put a cover on the container
and let it cool in the refrigerator overnight.

When the marinating period is complete, remove the crab mixture from the refrigerator and place the
crab legs in a steamer basket. Make sure you drain the marinade. Set aside.

Prepare a large pot and mix onion, garlic, beer and water. Bring to boil. Put the steamer basket in the
large pot and cover it. Wait for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crab is well steamed.
