Ingredients:
- Two (2) cups or one (1) pound of King crab meat
- Two (2) tbsp. of Canola or peanut oil
- One-fourth (1/4) cup of Thinly-sliced mushrooms
- Two (2) tbsp. of Soy sauce
- Two (2) finely-chopped tomatoes
- Two (2) tsp. of Grated fresh ginger
- Four (4) cups of Stock of chicken
- One (1) tbsp. of Cider vinegar
- Two (2) tbsp. of Dry sherry
- Green onion, finely-chopped and top included
- Two (2) Finely-grated carrots
Directions:

Have a tablespoon of the oil in one heavy casserole or pot heated over medium-low heat and add
mushrooms, then sauté for a minute while constantly stirring.

Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, and then cook for a minute while stirring in constant motion. Place the
chopped tomatoes; the king crab meat and fresh ginger then let it cook while the mixture constantly
turns for four minutes.

Include in the chicken stock, and then decrease the heat to low and frequently stir while cooking for
fifteen minutes. Have the remaining ingredients stirred in then simmer for ten minutes more. Have it
served hot in four large bowls and enjoy the recipe.
