Cooking Sautéed King Crab Legs in White Wine

Ingredients:

  • (Extra-virgin) olive oil, six (6) tablespoons
  • Legs of king crab (cooked and sliced into six-inch pieces), two (2) pounds
  • Sliced scallions, one-fourth (1/4) cup
  • Sliced parsley leaves, one (1) tablespoon
  • Pepper flakes (red), one (1) teaspoon
  • Wine (white), one and one-half (1 1/2) cups
  • One (1) juiced lemon
  • One (1) juiced lime
  • Margarine, four (4) tablespoons
  • Freshly-ground black pepper and salt

Directions:

  1. On medium-high heat, utilize a skillet to heat your oil. Include the king crab legs and for two minutes cook them.
  2. Include the scallions, the chopped leaves of parsley, flakes of red pepper and white wine. Cook the blend of constituents until the white wine diminishes by a third for about six to eight minutes.
  3. Include both lime and lemon fruit juices then cook for two minutes. To thicken your sauce, eventually stir a tablespoon of butter one spoon at one time. Check the taste and add some salt and black pepper if necessary. Serve the dish at once.
