Cooking Sautéed King Crab Legs with Wine and Garlic

Ingredients:

  • Three and one-half (3 1/2) pounds of king crab legs (red)  
  • Five (5) tablespoons of Butter
  • Two (2) cloves of Sliced garlic
  • One-half (1/2) cup of White wine (dry)
  • One-fourth (1/4) teaspoon of Salt
  • One-eighth (1/8) of Pepper (Cayenne)
  • One (1) tablespoon of Parsley (fresh and chopped)
  • Lemon (or lime) wedges

Directions:

  1. Eliminate the crab shells away from the meat of your crab legs. Utilize a skillet to melt your butter, and then sauté your garlic for about sixty seconds. Include your dry white wine, a quarter teaspoon of your salt, your Cayenne pepper and your chopped parsley.
  2. Increase your heat levels to high level, and then after about sixty seconds lessen heat by half. Lessen heat level to medium heat and include the meat of your crab into the blend of constituents.
  3. During infrequent stirring cook your blend for 2-3 minutes till it is well-heated. Offer seafood sauté with wedges of lime or lemon.
