Ingredients:
- One (1) tablespoon of vegetable oil
- One (1) cup of sweet corn kernels
- Two (2) cups of fish stock
- One (1) beaten egg
- Six (6) ounce of Snow crab legs meat, flaked
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:

Prepare a large pan with half-filled water over medium heat. Add the snow crab legs. Bring to boil and
set aside.

Prepare the sauce pan over medium high heat. Put the vegetable oil and corn. Stir fry for 15 to 30
minutes or until corn is tender. Add the fish stock, salt and pepper. Shift the heat to medium low and
let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Slowly pour the egg and stir the soup. Wait for another 3 minutes
until thickens.

Drain the crab legs and place it evenly in 4 serving dishes. Pour over the hot soup.

Best served hot. Makes 4 servings
