Cooking Snow Crab Legs with Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  • One (1) pound of thawed (if necessary) Snow Crab Legs
  • One-fourth (1/4) cup of butter
  • One (1) clove of minced garlic
  • One and One-half (1 1/2) teaspoons of dried parsley
  • One-eight (1/8) teaspon of salt
  • One-fourth (1/4) teaspoon of fresh black pepper, ground

Directions:

  1. Cut a length-wise slit into each snow crab shell. Set aside.
  2. Prepare a large skillet over a medium heat. Put the butter and let it melt. Add the garlic on the skillet and cook in the butter until light brown. Mix in the salt, parsley and pepper. Stir constantly. Wait until the mixture is bubbling over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the snow crab legs. Coat the crab legs with the butter mixture. Wait for 3 to 6 minutes until it simmers. Remove from heat and place in the serving dish.
  4. Best served hot. Makes 2 servings
