Ingredients:
- Two (2) tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Three (3) cloves of press garlic dove
- One (1) piece of an inch sized crushed ginger root
- One (1) stalk of crushed lemon grass
- Two (2) tablespoons of fish sauce
- One (1) tablespoon of oyster sauce
- Two (2) pounds of thawed Alaskan king crab legs, cooked
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:

Prepare a large pot over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil. Put the crushed garlic, pressed ginger
root and minced lemon grass. Stir constantly for 3 to 5 minutes or until the mixture turns golden
brown.

Add the oyster sauce and fish sauce. Put a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Blend well. Stir in the
alaskan crab legs. Cover the pot and wait for 12 to 15 minutes. Occassionally toss the mixture from
time to time until cooked.
