Cooking Stir Fried King Crab

Ingredients: 

  • Two (2) ounces of Meat of King crab
  • Two (2) cups of Fresh and sliced mushrooms
  • One (1) cup of Vertically-sliced onion
  • One (1) clove of Shredded garlic
  • Two (2) tbsp. of Oil
  • One (1) cup of Snow peas
  • Three-fourths (3/4) cup of Diced tomatoes
  • One (1) tbsp. of Cornstarch
  • One (1) tbsp. of cold water

Directions:

  1. Begin cutting the king crab meat into pieces measuring about two to three inches. Sauté the mushrooms, sliced onion and minced garlic in the oil until they appear a bit softened.
  2. Position in the meat of your king crab, snow peas then diced tomatoes. Have them stir-fried until the vegetables are tender and crisp, and the crab meat is heated thoroughly.
  3. Blend in the cornstarch with water then stir the pan liquid into them.
  4. Finally, cook the constituents and stir them meticulously until the juices appear clear and thick. The king crab stir fry recipe can make about two platefuls.
