Cooking Stuffed King Crab Legs

Ingredients:

  • Three (3) packages (each weighing twelve (12) oz) of Frozen precooked king crab legs
  • One (1) can (measuring four (4) oz) of Drained mushroom stems and pieces
  • Two (2) tbsp. of Butter (melted)
  • Two (2) tbsp. flour
  • One-half (1/2) tsp. of salt
  • One (1) cup of milk
  • One-half (1/2) cup of Cheese (grated form)
  • Paprika

Directions:

  1. Defrost the king crab legs and take away the shells to acquire the meat. Eliminate the crab cartilage then cut the crab meat into pieces measuring a half inch.
  2. Have the mushrooms cooked for 5 minutes in butter and include salt and then flour. Gradually include milk, cook and stir continuously until it appears loosely congealed.
