Ingredients:
- Two (2) tablespoon butter, unsalted
- One (1) cup onion, chopped
- Three (3) tablespoon flour
- Four (4) cups crab stock
- Eight (8) ounces Snow Crab Legs and crab meat
- Two (2) cups heavy whipped cream
- One-fourth (1/4) cup whiskey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Two (2) teaspoon chives, chopped
Directions:

Put a large pan over a medium heat. Sauté onion and butter until the onion softens. Coat the onions
with flour. Spread it over evenly. Stir constantly for 2 minutes. Add the crab stock. Bring to boil.

Let it simmer by shifting the heat to medium low. Stir constantly for another 3 to 5 minutes until it
thickens. Add crab meat, crab legs and whiskey. Pour more whiskey if desired. Mix well.

Wait for another 7 to 10 minutes and let it simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the chopped
chives on top.

Best served hot. Makes 6 servings
