Ingredients:
- 400 grams of crab
meat.
- 1 large apple
chopped.
- 10 grams of
sugar.
- 20 grams of rice
vinegar.
- 70 grams of
cream.
- Small cabbage finely
diced.
- 1 red pepper
chopped.
- 2 medium carrots finely
chopped.
- Salt and pepper to
taste.
- lemon

Instructions for Apple and Crab
Coleslaw:
Put together the vinegar,
mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cream and lemon.
Then add the cabbage, carrot, apple and peppers and stir more.
Add the majority of crab and further stir.
Place whatever sized portion you want onto a plate and add the leftover crab to make
the dish presentable.
