Ingredients:
- Two (2)
tomatoes
- One (1) red bell
pepper
- One half (1/2) pint of
milk
- Parsley
- Fifty (50) grams Mozzarella
cheese
- Salt and
Pepper
- Tabasco
- Three hundred (300) grams chopped
crab
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Celsius.
- Skin and cut the bell pepper into little
pieces. Mash the tomatoes into a pulp.
- Melt butter in a pan and add the flour and milk
and stir.
- Mince the
parsley
- Add the bell pepper pieces, mashed potatoes and
four to five drops of Tabasco to the milk solution. Add salt and pepper as
desired
- Mix in the crab and the parsley into the dish.
Stir. The sauce should be thick.
- Put 1/3 of the lasagna on a greased pan and
pour some of the crab sauce.
- Put another 1/3 of the lasagna and pour the
rest of the solution cover again with the last strip of the lasagna then cover with mozzarella
cheese.
- Cook for fifteen minutes in an oven and
serve.
This dish is a twist to the regular meat lasagna. This can
be served as dinner for the family.
