Ingredients:
- 500 grams of
crab.
- 2 avocado.
- Splash of lemon
juice
- Salt &
Pepper
- Paprika.
- Spring
onions
Instructions for Crab with
Avocado:
Stir the garlic, salt, peppers, lemon juice &
paprika.
Chop up avocados and splash lemon
juice all over it (prevents blackening).
Blend together the mixture and the avocado
Slowly throw in the crab
meat.
Using finally diced spring onions, garnish the crab dish to make it
presentable.
Serve as you wish.
