Ingredients:
- Half (½) a
lemon
- Half (1/2) a
lime
- Half (1/2) head garlic (around 5 cloves minced
and pressed)
- One eight (1/8) cup extra virgin
oil
- Sea salt
- Dried parsley
- Two (2) pounds king crab
legs
- One half (1/2) cup
butter
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Fahrenheit
- Melt butter in saucepan add garlic and lightly
sauté
- Squeeze out the juice of lemon and add to the
butter. Turn the heat lower and add some salt and parsley to taste. Add the olive and whisk it with a
fork. Take out of the stove
- Place the crabs in a baking dish and brush the
crabs with the sauce. Pour any excess sauce over the crabs.
- Bake the crabs for 25 minutes or until they are
properly cooked. Every now and then brush the extra sauce at
the bottom of the pan on the crabs.
- Place on a dish and serve. If there are any
excess juices put it in separate container and use as dip.
This is a very delicious and simple recipe that will be as
fun making as eating.
