Ingredients:
- Half (½) a
lemon
- Half (1/2) a
lime
- Half (1/2) head garlic (around 5 cloves minced
and pressed)
- One eighth (1/8) cup extra virgin
oil
- Sea salt
- Dried parsley
- Two (2) pounds king crab
legs
- One half (1/2) cup
butter
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Fahrenheit
- Melt butter in saucepan add garlic and lightly
sauté
- Squeeze out the juice of lemon and add to the
butter. Turn the heat lower and add some salt and parsley to taste. Add the olive oil and whisk it with a
fork. Take out of the stove
- Place the crabs in a baking dish and brush the
crabs with the sauce. Pour any excess sauce over the crabs.
- Bake the crabs for 25 minutes or until they are
properly cooked. Every now and then brush the extra sauce at the
bottom of the pan on the crabs.
- Place on a dish and serve. If there are any
excess juices put it in separate container and use as dip.
This is a very delicious and simple recipe that will be as
fun making as eating.
