Ingredients:
- One (1) pack of Frozen king crab legs
- One (1) undersized brick butter or margarine
- One (1) full garlic head, mashed or finely-diced
- Several pieces sliced ginger
- Some cilantro, fresh and diced
- Ground pepper
- Lemon wedges as garnish
Directions:
-
Slowly and equally thaw the legs of your king crab (These may require taking them out of your freezer
by morning to be cooked by dinner). On a big pan, position your crab legs and embellish thoroughly with
slices of ginger to eradicate the frozen seafood’s fishy odour.
-
Get the crab legs steamed for five to eight minutes (in relation to the quantity of your crab legs
being cooked). Take your crab legs out, eliminate the excess water and set them aside to create the
dip.
-
Place margarine or butter into a heated pan and include garlic. Cook the garlic until it turns brown.
Include the cilantro and have it cooked until crisp to allow improved flavour devoid of the unwanted
anise-like experience in the mouth, which others are not, accustomed to.
-
Close heat and include some ground pepper. Serve the steamed frozen king crab along with your lemon
wedges.
